The house consists of 10 apartments and 16 studios. The generously furnished studios accommodate up to 3 persons, the 2-room apartments up to 4 persons and a 3-room apartment up to 5 persons.
All apartments have a kitchenette with pots and pans, a bathroom with shower and a balcony but also telephone, TV, radio, safety box, air-conditioning and wireless internet access.
